question : le coeff multiplicateur d'extrusion correspondrait il au réglage du flow dans repetier host (cad 72/74 %) donc à mettre à la place de 90% car il me semblait avoir une sacrée sur extrustion ? merci pour le tuyau. jm

Salut, j'ai mis les valeurs par défaut lorsque l'on utilise l'assistant de définition d'imprimante.
En général, je modifie ces paramètres car je suis en 1.75mm de filament, en 3mm peut être qu'il faut modifier le diamètre du fil et l'extrusion ?

Dans le menu Aide, il y a un menu Configuration Assistant, et normalement tu as le profil des diverses imprimantes et notamment la 8400. Après seuls quelques paramètres sont à changer, comme l'extrusion multiplier par exemple.

ca commence à se décanter !!! j'ai passé le coeff multiplicateur à 72%.
dis moi, comme je suis une bille avec tout ce qui est gcode , est ce que , en copiant purement et simplement les gcode de début et de fin -dans repetier host/cura - dans s3d ca a une chance de fonctionner, car lors d'une impression , contrairement à cura , il ne purge pas la tete au début d'une impression, c a d qu'il n'extrude pas un peu de matière avant d'attaquer, d'autre part , je n'arrive pas a imprimer le brim (pourtant bien paramètré. Merci encore pour tes réponses éclairées. jm

Tu peux utiliser le début/fin de gcode de cura dans S3D, c'est d'ailleurs ce que j'ai fait.
As tu dans le starting script :

G1 F200 E3 ;extrude 3mm of feed stock

Pour le brim, c'est bizarre, peut être que si tu as deux extrudeurs, tu dois choisir l'option "All extruders" ?

en effet, je crois que c'est tout, te concernant il positionne les deux têtes.
Dans mon script, j'ai ajouté les infos de cura, ça donne ce qui suit :

G28 ; home all axes
G1 F200 E3 ;extrude 3mm of feed stock
G92 E0 ;zero the extruded length again
après, peut être que tu dois l'adapter à tes deux extruders. En général, avant le début de l'impression, j'enlève le surplus de matière qui coule avec une pince pour bien démarrer la première couche.
Peut être que d'autres ont des paramètres plus précis et efficaces pour le début de l'impression ?

Alors, premiers test, ( en vitesse), ce week-end.
S3D est un super slicer, très rapide et qui, pour moi, resouds certains problème.

la qualité d'impression est bien présente avec une vitesse supérieure à ce que j'utilisais au par avant.

je refais des test plus poussé, et je vous tiens au courant.

Salut Kerguelen,

G1 Z5 F {Z_travel_speed} est un script de logiciel.
S3d convertit certainement la variable Z_travel_speed pour créer le GCode "G1 Z5 Fnnn", nnn étant la valeur de la vitesse paramétrée quelque part dans le logiciel.

Attention à ne pas trop bricoler les scripts sans bien avoir compris comment le logiciel gère ses scripts et sans une bonne connaissance du GCode.
